For such a small city like Ames, Iowa, the number of Chinese restaurants is actually quite large. Even better, these restaurants are probably some of the most authentic Chinese places I've been to.

Located in the heart of West University, Tiny’s is a neighborhood classic; kids, adults, and even our wisest elders enjoy Tiny’s, so you know this place is a definite must-try at least. And if WestU is a bit too far, they do have a new River Oaks location as well 👀.

Houston Restaurant Review: Kata Robata
Kata Robata! While it may seem like a mildly unassuming spot in Upper Kirby, it does pack a punch ✊. Kata Robata not only offers some excellent sushi, but they also have other phenomenal dishes if you wanna try something outside of sushi. Our recommendation is to have the best of both worlds 😉.
